Hi, I’d like to suggest an update for the Square POS system, specifically related to appointments. For example, if a service costs $145 and a $35 deposit is made, is there a way to update the system to show the remaining balance due? It would be helpful for both the customer and the stylist to see the remaining amount, especially if the customer wants to pay the balance ahead of time.
When booking an appointment on Square, customers can see the deposit amount paid and the remaining balance due at checkout. However, when the customer arrives for their appointment, the remaining balance does not appear on the stylist’s end as it did during online booking. This discrepancy can cause confusion. To make the checkout process smoother for both the customer and the stylist, it would be helpful if the remaining balance was clearly displayed on the stylist’s end as well.
