Any available staff communication at Appointment summary at checkout or Thanks for Booking

Hello,

 

When my users are booking an appointment they are only getting to know with which staff member the appointment is by email. How can I get this included in the Appointment summary at checkout (as it lists with whom your appointment is when you are booking specifically with someone) and/or in the Thanks for booking page?

Hi @junkpot.  The capability to customize appointment confirmation screens and thank you pages does not currently exist.  At least, I do not see it in any available setting.  As you found out, you can choose to list team members in both the emails and SMS texts (if you are subscribed to that option).  But that is it.

 

Which leads me to suggest that you head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Square Appointments team.  That will get the ball rolling on an evaluation process and, hopefully, the decision to include it on a future product roadmap.  Just keep in mind this is a process.  Product roadmaps are already set months in advance for new features.
