Hello, I have a transportation business.
We transfer families from hotel to the Airport in a passenger. My passenger van is booked through appointments. Each appointment lasts 2 hours.
My questions is:
How can I ensure that I only receive one booking per time slot.
I can't have two orders in the same time slot, because we only have one van at this moment.
Please advice! thank you!
As long as you only list the availability of one vehicle - you won't get double bookings 🙂
Here is a link to the help article about appointments - you can bracket for time around the slot as well if you need time to clean or process the vehicle.

I agree with @MudFire_Dex that it shouldn't be an issue. If you want a little more security then make a "resource" for your van. This way it can not be double booked. For example I have about 5 nail technicians but our space is small so we only have one pedicure chair. The pedicure chair is listed as a resource when booking. So it will show that it's in use and only show the next available time when someone is booking. I'll leave a link below that further explains this and how to set it up 🙂
