Add To Cart Not Working for Online Store

I have items in my appointment site and online store, but you can't check out. When you click on Add To Cart, you see a process, but then nothing happens. You don't click through to a check-out page, you don't see a cart that you can view, and you can't even get to a menu. It's useless. I had launched a sale and originally had people go to the homepage, but I realized I should have them go directly to a page to buy, but they can't buy anything. Additionally, people can't book a service, then add products on to that service. Which is bread and butter for an esthetician. 

 

So now I've wasted time, money, resources, and more time for a booking site with items that no one can checkout.

Hi @BBLSkincare , can you send a screenshot or link to your site so we can take a look at what's going on? There's a toggle switch on the online dashboard for "currently accepting orders" and if that's toggled off, it could be the issue. That's where I'd start to troubleshoot!
