APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL PLEASE HELP!

Hi!

We are a custom closet design business. I am trying to create a template for an initial appointment confirmation email for our clients.

We want the title to read, Your Appointment is Confirmed!

We want a direct link to our website as well as a clickable icon for our social media platforms.

We want the client to confirm their appointment.

We want it to include the clients address and who they will be meeting with.

Ideally, we would have another template with another consultation confirmation for a design review meeting with our designers in our showroom, a different location.

PLEASE HELP

Under Appointments on the Dashboard, Settings, Communications.

Scroll down to Email Notification Customization

Select the specific notification you want to change.

Unfortunately, you can't change the subject, it stays as:

{{business.name}} has accepted your appointment

And you can't include the customer's address. In fact, there's a very short list of things to choose from.

Use any of the variables below for including dynamically generated information in your message.

{{client.first_name}}
{{client.last_name}}
{{client.email}}
{{client.phone}}
{{staff.first_name}}
{{staff.last_name}}
{{staff.display_name}}
{{business.phone}}
{{business.name}}
{{reservation.date_start}}
{{reservation.time_start}}
{{reservation.date_end}}
{{reservation.time_end}}

I can see where more customization would be helpful. You may want to put in a feature request.

Aside from creating an email and pasting in all the info yourself, I don't think it's going to give you exactly what you want.

For me personally, I stopped letting customers book directly. I created an "Appointment Request" form using the weebly store. It send you an email with all the information the customer puts on the request.

If you used this, you could set up a canned response within your email that sends a reply with specific details and would also include the copy of the form submission. Canned responses are triggered by certain text in the subject line or words included in the body of the email.
