Loyalty Gamification

Hey team.  I've been a little quiet lately as I've been leaning into AI in a big way-and loving it!  I was wondering, have any of you Gamified your loyalty program?  I'm loookking at ways to do this using Square Loyalty, API and AI tools to come up with a system that I can use to make loyalty visits more rewarding and fun.

Have you done anything or seen anything in terms of Gamifying loyalty that you love? I'd love to see what you have done or what you've seen while I gather ideas to grow and develop ours.

This is a great question @Eddiemunster .  We have not done any gamification, but we also have been using AI to help improve the Square Loyalty program.   We have developed a customer facing tool to allow members to be able to see their Loyalty purchase history, which is accessible from our website.  You can see that link on our SVL&G Points Plus Loyalty Page

If someone has done it, and maybe @JTPets has, please share it here folks.

Following, but I did create a loyalty frequent buyer program that adds a free item to their profile after x number of purchases.

You could create some game and thr reward is added to their profile with a custom group of winners and a restricted discount code which is how we redeem our free buy x get 1 free tracker

Hey John.  Haven't been ignoring you, but we have been banting around ideas on how we could do Loyalty gamification.   Our main issue is that the bowling interface does not have fully functional Loyalty (yet).   We will be limited on what we can/can't do until that's done, which is expected to be about 4 or 5 months, from what I have been told.

This is in interesting topic that I will follow closely. We would love to provide more granular loyalty rewards to attract customers during slower periods.

On a separate note, I lost 90 free drinks at my local coffee shop on January 1st because they suddenly decided on December 15th to have them expire the beginning of the year. I had 150 and couldn't use/give them away fast enough. So... I got gamed.

I'm currently exploring a way to gamify our lyalty program with Claude.ai.  There's a number of ideas that I'm looking at but I can now use .ai to award points to customers through an online game or activity.  So I'm looking at ways to make this fun for our customers and also award points for invovlement.  Things like taking photos of their meal, or a simple computer game (catch the pizza slice) that kids can play while they wait for their meal that adds point to their loyalty.  I'm still working on ideas and haven't built anything-apart from the pizza catch game which was so quick and easy.
