when square robs you of money because of their incompetency...how do you contact corporate?

I was advised incorrectly after 2 calls to make sure my tip settings were correct. They even logged into my dashboard and assured me it was correct. Well as a result I have lost hundreds, probably even a thousand or 2 because of Square. They refuse to help me, and only off a $225 credit (and a slap in the face) for losing me money. I want my money back that was lost and I am not making my staff repay it due to the incompetencies of Square "customer support" and I use that term loosely.....

I've called more time to count. I want to reach corporate. That is the only resolution I am looking for. How do I speak to someone higher then manager that is available on customer service calls?
