suspended transfers

Hi, yesterday my payment transfer was "suspended" and they asked for id and selfie which i did and payout changed to "pending" and then was transfered to my bank.  I recieved a payment last night and again it says "suspended".  Is this normal?  Will they ask for more information?

Thanks for reply.  I noticed it has now changed to "active sales" and "transferring today".  So im wondering is it a daily thing until the 24 hours has passed?  Thanks for your reply
