refunds

Recently I have seen "Open Item - uncategorized" on my sales report under Refunds.  If it was a small amount I wouldn't think much of it but it's almost $350.

 

What does this mean?  I can't find any refunds in that particular day except for $6.52.

 

Is this something I need to be concerned about?  I'm having issues with reconciling that day!!

From what you've described, it sounds like there may be an item in your library that has a variable amount. That means you are prompted to input a price for the item when adding it to the sale. Additionally, it sounds like the item has not been assigned a category.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to pinpoint exactly what's happening without looking at your account and reports with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
