have never had this happen. Balance did not update after a transaction. Customer is picking up order today and just trying to verify all is good before i give to them

While we can't look into individual transactions via this forum, a common reason you wouldn't see a transaction in your balance transfer is that the transactions were recorded as cash or other tender. These payment types are for record-keeping purposes only, and will not be transferred to your bank account with the card transactions you've processed. You can take a look at the transactions tab in your Dashboard, or App, and recognise how the payment was recorded via the small icon here:
