how do you get reader to transfer to dashboard

I got a second magstripe reader but the sales from it don't show up on my dashboard.

It seems that you may have more than one Square Account and payments are being processed on different account than the one you are looking at in your Dashboard. Our Support team would be able to look into this with you!
