After splitting a check and charging two parties, and having a printed receipt with tip & signature, the transaction cannot be found anywhere.  has anyone else ever dealt with this.  this isnt the first time and feels like we are losing money to square.  it's not in the list of transactions, it cannot be searched for, its just gone...

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and reports with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
