Will the reduction in credit card fees for small businesses reduce Square fees for us?

There was a recent reduction in credit card fees for small businesses. Stripe has decided to keep that savings for themselves rather than pass it on to its users. Will Square pass those savings on to small businesses? I don't see a reduction in fees yet.
