Why won't it let me cancel and get our fund into our account?

We want to cancel our square membership. We have used the trial and it doesn't suit us so we want to get our monies put into our Bendigo bank account and close down this service. We want to refund as we have had it for less than the 30 days. It won't give the the cancel button. Please help me cancel this over today or tomorrow. Please
