Hi @Holliday. How were you paid — POS, invoice, online? Are you a new seller with Square? Was this transaction much larger than your usually transactions, which might have triggered a hold? It’s had to answer your question without a little more information to go on.
Generally, once a customer pays you, those funds are available within a few minutes at most. If they aren’t, then your best bet is to get on the phone with the support folks, since specific account-related questions can not be answered in this public forum. Since today is a federal banking holiday, Square support has limited staffing. So your best bet would be to call them Tuesday if your funds are still not available.
