Why can I not put a video in?

Square dont seem to give a **bleep** that they are hurting my business, because I emailed them DAYS ago, no live help or phone support available. I pasted my video in where it says "paste youtube url" and it instead puts the embed code in and wont work anyway. I tried embedding and that kind of worked but wouldnt autoplay even tho I put autoplay=1 in the code properly, then I tried to delete it and now its just a big ugly blank space in my page!!!!!!!!!! I have $100,000 worth of proposals out and this is what my clients see! I HATE this tool and deeply regret ever purchasing it, but anyway HELP!

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you've had trouble displaying a video on your Square Online website and getting in touch via email.
