When I import Square data into QBO via Connect to Square, most of the sales receipts associated with the deposits are coming in with wrong dates (usually one month earlier). I have contacted QBO who recommended I contact Square with this issue.
In the meantime, I have to accept the App transactions from QBO (deposits from Square), then before I match the transaction from my bank, I need to changes the sales receipt date. This is very time consuming. I've only noticed this issue a few months ago, but it could have been happening well over a year ago.
I have checked my timezone, and it is correct.
I have disconnected from Square and reconnected it to QBO several times without any changes.
If Square cannot help me, and QBO cannot help me, I would imagine I would need to contact the interface company that services the "Connect to Square".
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Does anyone know how I can contact the Support for Connect to Square interface?
