Why am I charged gst on fees when no fees are charged

Hi im wondering if you can help me with a question about charges for GST on Fees.

Yesterday I was charged $0.80 for GST on fees, when I had no sales and no fees to charge gst on.

Does anyone have any insight as to why I am being charged for this?
