Nice of Square to send this message.  Anyone know where to find "Section 6 of the Payment Terms?"

At Square, we strive to make our policies clear and easy to understand. As part of that commitment, we've updated our Payment Terms to include additional legal provisions on an new product feature called Offline Mode.

Section 6 of the Payment Terms now includes a new sub-section with the heading "Offline Mode", and this change is effective immediately.

What you should do:

We encourage you to review the updated Section 6 of the Payment Terms, which will apply to you if you continue to use our products and services.
