We are having issues with the "Squareup" payment gateway. When we proceed to checkout with Squareup, the payment deduction for a single order is sometimes twice as long. and this is a critical issue please resolve the issues ASAP.
Please see the attached screenshot, in which the user describes the problems they are experiencing while ordering the new product.
Please assist me in resolving the issue.

As for the issue you're experiencing with your Square Online Store, let's get you in touch with one of our Support Specialists. They will be able to take a look at your account as well as your website and determine what troubleshooting you may need.
If you'd like to speak with our Support Team by phone, you can give us a call at 855-700-6000 between 6am-6pm PT Monday-Friday. You will need to enter your Customer Code over the phone.
You can find your Customer Code here. Sign in to your account, then scroll to the bottom and click on "More". Scroll to the bottom again and click on I DON'T SEE MY ISSUE, then "Call Us". The next screen will show your customer code and the number to call for support.
This customer code is used to validate your Square account and should be treated like any other piece of sensitive account information.
