Very Frustrating Cistomer Service!!!

I called Square last night. They could not help me because it was Sunday.

 

I called back Monday morning and was on the call for 30 minutes when he said, "Let me put you on hold for a second." Then, a new agent picked up the call & had no idea what we were talking about.

 

She said the original agent would definitely call me back as this is Square policy on disconnected calls. (WRONG) No call back!!

 

Now I am 45 minutes into the 3rd call & am sitting on hold.

From what you've described, it sounds like there may have been an issue when the advocate went to transfer your call to another team.
