Hello, I have tried to verify my identity multiple times and it fails to do so. I have tried my Oz drivers license, Medicare card and passport. Can someone please help sort this out urgently!

You'll need to keep attempting the verification process through Square until you are redirected to start the document verification process with our partner, Veriff. Once redirected to Veriff, you'll be able to attempt the process again through their system.
