UK date format for Birthdays

I've recently setup the automation for collecting guests Birthdays - however, the form they are linked to requests the birthday in the american mm/dd format.

This has led to confusion, and currently 9 guests have already contacted me to say it was wrong. How can this be changed to the UK format - I wonder how many other guests have told us the wrong birthday?

I will have to turn off the automation until this is resolved.

At this time, customising or updating the automations are not available features in Marketing. 

I understand how UK customers would easily be confused by the US format, and I've passed on this feedback to our team. I'll let you know once the feature is available.
