The quality level at square has dropped so significantly..

Square used to be a place that was great for small businesses, but lately it just seems to be utter bull**bleep**. Calling to speak to anyone lately is a nightmare, being passed along from person to person. Or spending 2 hours on the phone with a "tech" who is reading a prompt of responses that forces us to go around and around doing the same thing over and over again. Square no longer refunds the fees associated with a refunds, they've taken away square invoice features and now charges us for them. The corporate culture is really starting to make square suck.

 

What is going on over there?
