@cspears I can tell you are having a very frustrating experience so let me see if I can help you:
Go log into your online dashboard on a computer and then go to:
https://squareup.com/help/us/en
From there scroll to the bottom and find these three boxes:
Click the middle one for live help and when the chat window pops up it says to reach a person type "contact" below. I think alot of people miss that.
From there as you can see, you can then chat/email/call and I think even get the option of a call back.
The system is designed so that routine questions or questions that can be answered by the community or knowledge base are used first to do 2 things: 1. Speed up answering a common question which benefits you! and 2. Freeing up support staff to focus on account level problems and not be tied up with "how do I add a location" or "where do I find my transfers", etc.
I hope this helps you, I am not planning on switching as I have seen every company have hiccups. I also believe that a relationship is not judged on 1 incident alone, but the totality of the time and experience. Square has the best community out there to help you versus anyone else.
