Im with square few weeks now. So far all was processed smuth and with no delays
Last week i got new function instant payment, and i have used it few times - always to same business bank account.
Im UK ltd electrical contractor, payments what im usualy taking are deposits for material previously quoted jobs.
Same was yesterday. My customer paid 140 pounds for material, and because, thats clear calculation, he live 15 miles away i found square payment perfect for this.
First confusion found having problem to locate balance and i didnt perform instant payment what start worrying me a bit, because without it cannot start my job.
Anyway decided to wait till today.
situation changed a bit, money are visible, status is pending for todays transfer but there is as well another status - suspended. Another thing looks like im allowed for instant payment but system is not accepting process informing me that i must find info in help section.
Information what i found accross this website, make me very unhappy, basically i cannot wait 2 days, i cannot wait even 1 day. How should i explain my absent - no material no work, and first of all i cannot afford another day of my work.
Im looking for any ideas howto resolve my problem in quickest possible way ?
I know why this suspension happend, yesterday finally i had some extra time too look closer square website. I made some changes, like add location then suspend it then activate back again.
i tried to get some p[ayments using my own bank cards, produce some invoice then simulate some sells, and few others ,just to learn everything.
my business is 2 years old all reports up to date, registered in companies house,

ive had the same happen, they are asking for me to upload confidential information regarding my clients, and in the meantime hold my money for a few days more,
