Square user support group or fan page?

The user support at Square is lacking to say the least. These forums aren't very encouraging either. I've checked Facebook and Discord, but didn't notice much. Where can I go to speak with humans about my Square experiences other than here? With over 4 million users, there's gotta be a place with more traffic and busier threads.

They moved away from Facebook groups years ago when they created these forums. Right now is a busy time for many. Is there anything specific you needed help with?
