I'm looking to switch to another provider with better customer service . I honestly feel like i should contact the authorities as a victim of some type of scam . My account allegedly was under review for cbd program but i do not retail or do anything cbd related . Secondly i had to complete their questionnaire anyway and my account stayed under review . Thirdly they accepted the app and approved me and i then immediately exited the program entirely as it does not apply to me . I explained this to them via email , and live telephone but they still are keeping my funds . I use this account to autopay bills who now have a returned item fee . I've been emailing them to no avail because the call option has now been removed from my options . No response and no resolution and my account is still on hold . Anyone else experience this terrible customer service ? Any better pos systems ? Please share
