So I had referred someone to square and was issued a credit to purchase the wireless and the square which connects to your phone. I purchased and was sent one for android (I have apple products) I contacted customer service and was told I was going to get a new one sent- NEVER received it. Very disappointing. Haven’t used square ever since. With so many other forms of payment you would figure it would be beneficial to send the correct one - especially since it was paid for.
What avenues did you use to reach out to Square? I saw that you reached out to customer service. How long ago was that?
