Square Loan

We have a Loan with Square, Jung Sung ENT Pty Ltd.

We are really confused with how the loan repayments are working?

We have not received all loan reports from Square.

We just receive weird repayments taken from our weekly takens where almost $6,000 missing last few days

As a business trying to calculate our weekly and monthly cashflow, we really need an accurate 

payment cycle.

Can you please explain to us, or have someone from the Loans department please explain to us, what is going on, and how the repayments work on a weekly and monthly cycle..?

It is extremely hard to reach Square team all the time. 
This loan deductions is killing our business.

You should be able to view your loan details via your Loan Dashboard to see upcoming, and past payments. Our support team would be the best point of contact here, as they'd be able to take a closer look at your account and troubleshoot where to find your reports alongside you.
