I have submitted a fraud report to Square and never got a reply, and I have tried calling in but my number has apparently been flagged, so I can't get through.
I have never created a Square account, however over the last few months, I have received reports from several people I have never met about unauthorized credit card transactions through Square that are claiming to be from my business. I have also received several text notifications from Square saying "You've received a payment dispute." Today, another person called me and said the same thing, but after disputing the charge with their bank, the bank rejected their dispute because the merchant provided them with documentation to authorize the charge, which they must have concocted in order to get the payment through.
