Send notification "None" doesn't work as expected (Bug)

When editing appointment in "Square Appoinments"

We set Send Notification Type as "None" :

Expected behavior is that customer will not be notified (as stated when it selected on screenshot):

But the actual behavior is that customer is still notified immediately in Square Go app with push notification:

Can you confirm if it's a new bug or known issue?

Any plans for it be resolved ?

Any workarounds NOT to notify customer of changes?

Business need: We a have a business need to change appointment details without notifying the customer because Square doesn't have all necessary for us features during online booking so we have to manually go and correct certain details. Also when customer booked with "Any available" and when we need to make change the staff member for scheduling optimization we also want to skip notification because customer booked with "Any available" staff memeber. We don't want customer to get notified but customer still gets notification and reaches out to us confused why there was a "appointment change".

We also don't want to disable notifications completely as when we change the time we do want customer to get notification about time change. We heavily relied on this feature to manually specify when customer needed a notification or not and it worked great before.

Suggestion: Maybe there needs to be a separate option to enable / disable push notifications from a seller side, similarly as there is option to send email or sms notification.

Before Square Go app launched, customers were not notified when selected "None" as we wanted
