Hello community,
Before transferring the balance at the end of the month I run a sales summary report to see what the Net Total was for the month, this total is typically what I transfer out. Which also matches the available balance.
For the month of November, the Net Total is showing as $12,092.49, but the available transfer balance is about $11,500. I am unsure why there's this couple hundred dollar discrepancy.
I have called Square support 3 times to try and get an understanding of this but to no avail. They either hang up on me or the representatives are seeing another amount on their end, which for the life of me I cannot understand why when I am pulling the same report they are.
Has this happened to anyone before? I am very concerned.
