You can contact Square Support through the regular support number listed on your computer dashboard. If you canceled the invoice and started the refund process then it can take 7-10 days for the refund to appear back on your customers credit card account. You should’ve gotten an email saying that you had started the process to refund your customer and that it could take up to 7-10 days to complete. Might be in your spam folder
