Why doesn't my 1099-K match my Sales Summary?

Hello- IRS caught a huge mistake on 2019 return. At least $10k never made it to my bank account according my account and IRS. Where is my $10k, why can I not get anyone of authority to speak to me on this matter. Yes I have deducted fees and capital fee. Still $10k was never deposited to my bank account.
