I choose square because of the ease of setup - but that was before square decided to lock me out of my account for "suspicious activity". I am a primary care doctor and have never had a chargeback or complaint. I am an honor's graduate from medical school with a larger thriving private practice. I fail to see how you could have a safer client than me. I have filled out every form, tried to call but have been locked out of the phone system and every email I have sent over the last three weeks has been ignored. I DO NOT sell CBD or marijuana and fail to see how treating me like a second-class business is helping your business. Reading the recent reviews on consumers' affairs makes me realize that I am not the only one you have screwed over. If you currently have a square account - get out while you still can get your money. Or you may find yourself in the same position I am in now.
