Thank you for your feedback and for using Square Loyalty. It's great to hear that your customers are enjoying earning points and redeeming rewards and that you've seen an increase in patronage.

Being able to send offers through SMS Marketing is a popular feature request. However, we currently don't have any timelines to share regarding this capability.

As soon as we have an update, I will let you know.

@Breffni do you have any updates to share?

the functionality to send loyalty messages already exists so the data and SMS functionality works now.

obviously Square will want to look to monetise this feature through the Marketing module.

However, I would be interested to know if there is an integration option for the likes of MailChimp?
