Hi Tom,

 

im trying to setup the online shipping with Canada post and FedEx and I’m lost. I am having a hard time linking Canada post and FedEx to my website. Also I bought the square terminal and I am wondering if I need a Ethernet hub when I ll do an event in a mall.

For the Online Shipping issue, it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with our Support Team. If you haven't already, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here.

 

As for the question about an Ethernet hub for your Square Terminal, you would only need an Ethernet hub if you do not plan on using a Wi-Fi connection. Would you be able to connect to a Wi-Fi network while using the Terminal at your event?
