I had a Karen who disputed a payment and they still took money out of my personal account instead of the reserves. When I notified them they is was supposed to be taking out of the reserves the square rep hung up on me. They are driving small businesses into the ground and making a profit of they new policy from us small business owners. I have major bills to pay while they hold over 3k of my money in they reserves. Square Bad for business!
