I am using the wired scanner I purchased from Square with the Virtual Terminal in Edge (same problem in Chrome). Each time I scan a product, the downloads folder opens. To continue scanning products, I have to close the download folder and click on the scanner icon after every single scan. I have reset the scanner, disabled all browser download options available and nothing is working. Because this is happening in multiple browsers, it seems likely that the brand-new scanner is the problem.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
