Re: My Funds are being held up for a CBD program that I am no longer signed up for!

Hi SHENail, I'm experiencing the lack of transfer of our funds with Square now. Did they ever transfer your money? Was there some special thing you needed to do to get your money? We stopped all ecommerce and exited their program weeks ago (they even sent an email confirmation of our program exit), and they just keep giving me the runaround saying that the case has been "escalated" with no answers, and no requests for information, and no further help or acknowledgement. It seems like Square is using extortion tactics to hold our money. Any suggestions?
