Here's another feature that would be helpful..
Add credit to customers account, right now you would have to make a gift card to give someone credit in the store. But it would be nice to just put it on the customers account so when they come in to shop and forget there gift card they can access the credit on there in store account.
This is best for someone that has a comic book, electronics or music shop. Someone comes in to sell a used electric guitar or keyboard synthesizer for example. Like if I owned a music shop and someone comes into this music shop and wants to sell me a used Korg Kronos X and I offer then $900 of in-store credit because they want to upgrade to a Korg EK-50 later on which would run them like $3k. I would have to give them a gift card to spend in store. But would it not be easier if they just enter their customer information into the Square Register system then I add a credit of $900 to that customer so they can spend it later. And it would list the reason for that credit as selling to us a Korg Kronos X for $900 like a vendor.
I just feel this is a feature that some small shops would really like to have. Like I said it would really be super helpful in the buy & sell small vendors. Think about all the small comicbook shops, independent electronics shops, computer shops, music shops and so on. This would help current vendors and open an entire new sector of small businesses to square also.
