Re: Instant transfer but under review? 24 hours without my money

I got an email saying my instant transfer was now active and I made a sale on Saturday and it says my instant transfer is unavailable  I chat with support and they where not helpful kept saying the same thing over and over I sent her copy's of the email and she told me that she has outlined the process end of chat I asked her why my account was back on review she would not tell me I asked for a supervisor and she refused to transfer the chat she told me the account team would not be available to Monday. Wow then she ended the chat absolutely terrible
