I am having the same problem I took payment with a credit card for $750 for services rendered in August and I still have not had an answer the money did not show up in my balance it did not show up in my linked and verified bank account I have a square checking account the money is not there the card does not work and I can get no answers I have left several emails I am absolutely irate my business has come to a standstill because of this! There was no problems with the transaction it shows everything being accepted and then it tells me that it was transferred. Transferred to where? I don't know! It does not show it did not go in my bank account again it did not go into my square business checking debit card! I don't have access to this money and I cannot do any further Business without it! I will be getting my lawyers involved if I cannot get an answer I have sent several emails I have left my phone number several times I am getting no responses so basically square has stolen $750 from me at this point!!
