My funds have been held up with Square since March 2022 secondary to UCC1 filing from a lender. Those debts have been paid, the lender sent a letter stating we had settled our matter and a UCC3 termination has been filed. Square said that's what it would take to get my funds released, however I have heard nothing and still have no access to the funds. I would like to upload copies of the supporting documents, but do not know where to do this or who to direct attention to? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as i am unable to ever get anyone on the phone with any answers and then wait days to hear anything else back.
