Re: Can not use tap debit or chip reader for debit- gives error

I have tried to phone your support team. All I get is a recording telling me to chat online with your supposed support team (AKA robot) . I have tried EVERYHTHING on your trouble shooting steps SEVERAL times with the same result. My card reader pairs and then I get the message that the device is not supported. I have checked to see that my phone is compatible, your website says  it is.  I have even bought a new square card reader and it won't work either. I need to talk to a human not a **bleep** robot. Stop telling me to do the same thing over and over and over with the same negative result. Something is seriously wrong with your software, not my phone. If you were a real person, not just an automated response, you would call me and try and help me. I am sick and tired and REALLY **bleep** ANGRY at Square for their lack of customer service. Your automated reply has not helped me. I am getting desperate as I have a festival to attend this weekend and I need to be able to take credit/debit cards. I am going to have to get another phone line (at a cost of at least $25/month plus tax) so I can use my old phone with my square reader. Who is going to pay for this??? Square??? Are you going to compensate me for lost sales last sunday because your app wouldn't work??
