Hi,

 

I set up a recurring appointment for about a year. I cancelled the appointment through the square appointment app and online  but the appointment is still on my calendar grayed out instead of blue, but still showing as occupying the time and customers are not able to book during this time. Is there another way for me to clear this time slot?

Thanks for reaching out earlier, and sorry to hear about the trouble with this recurring appointment. I went to check on this and everything should be working correctly. Is there any chance that you have the "Fake-it-Filter" setting turned on? For more information on that, have a look here: How can I find my fake it filter settings?

 

If that doesn't clear this up, please get in touch with our Customer Success team using the email address that's tied to your account. With that, they'll be able to take a deeper dive into your settings and make sure this gets resolved as soon as possible.
