do you mind if I ask what percentage they are holding for your reserves and for how long they are holding those funds for (how many days)? the put a reserve requirement on my account as well, supposedly to cover any potential chargebacks. We had a chargeback hit our account but so far they are NOT using our reserve funds to cover it. I can't get any real help with this either. they also suggested that I do not accept any new cc transactions if I want the reserves to cover the pending debit for the chargeback because those new funds will offset the debit amount. It has been days now and it's still just pending even though have close to $7K in reserve funds just sitting there. So frustrating!
