Unable to complete cash payments when the bill has a decimal point figure.
No problem processing a non cash payment with a decimal point.
Running the latest Android verson on all devices and exactly the same problem.

Firstly, can you confirm that all of the devices you're using are compatible with Square?
If any of your devices aren't listed or aren't compatible, please let me know the brand and model of each device.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
We are using Square on Samsung A24 and A06, Bmax Tablet i10plus.
All devices are running Android 15 and the latest version of Square.
This has been happening for the last 3 weeks or so.

I've created a support ticket so our engineers can take a look at this and investigate further. I'll follow up with you here, as more updates come to hand.
This problem is still persisting, I had support contact me and they have closed the case even though the problem has not been resolved.
