Is anyone else having problems with shipping and pickup this week?
For years we have had fulfilment methods of Shipping and Pickup with Shipping being the default.
Earlier this week (w/b 4 Aug) the default became Pickup, despite us making no changes.
Shipping is still definitely the default setting.
- Setting the default to Pickup and back again and unpublishing and publishing the website multiple times had no effect
- Square support suggested removing Pickup entirely, unpublishing/publishing then adding it back in again. This seemed to work temporarily but then the default reverted back to Pickup again.
- Additionally, Pickup is now broken. Selecting Pickup is fine but attempting to view the Cart, you see an eternally spinning icon in the green box. For Shipping the cart is fine.
We have now had to disable Pickup entirely as it doesn't work any more.
Is anyone else having similar problems?
It seems to coincide with Square doing another reorg of functionality.
Any help appreciated - it's been passed to Square Engineering Team but is it just us or something more general?
